- TheMonitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training aims to develop training modulesand materials based on BPDLH documentation to support M&E training of implementingpartners and staff involved in BPDLH projects. The objectives of the M&E training are asfollows:1. Improve the capacity of stakeholders andtraining participants to manage, monitor, and evaluate projects effectively,ensuring that interventions align with project and institutional objectives,and desired outcomes. 2. Developeffective, easily understood and accessible varied training materials tosupport M&E training to a range of participants.3. Developstandardized training modules, materials, and formats to harmonize monitoringand evaluation efforts across projects and programs at the IEF.4. Ensuretraining materials integrate the IEF-s Theory of Change (ToC) framework andfocus on the entire project life cycle.
