- Request for proposals are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Automatic Generation Control (AGC) and Automatic Dispatching Systems (ADS) at the Kutampi Power Plant in the Indonesian island of Nusa Penida. All Bidders must follow the instructions set forth herein to be qualified for the procurement process. If a Bidder does not follow the instructions set forth herein, the Bidder-s proposals may be eliminated from further consideration, or the proposal may be downgraded and not receive full credit under the applicable evaluation criteria. Technical and Cost Proposals must be submitted as separate documents (files) stating RFP-SINAR-2024- 003 - Technical Proposal and RFP-SINAR-2024-003 - Cost Proposal. All proposals should be submitted in English language and must include a Cover Page signed by an authorized representative, stating the proposal is valid for 60 days. Cost proposals should be quoted in U.S. dollars (Indonesian companies to propose prices in IDR). Organization-s Information 1.
