Expression of Interest are invited for Accelerating Digitalization of the Maritime Supply Chain in Indonesia. Publication Date: 08-Nov-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 16-Nov-2022 Assignment Description: - the World Banks activity on Accelerating digitalization of the maritime supply chain in Indonesia aims to support The Ministry of Transport in Indonesia in accelerating digitalization in the port and maritime transport sector. This is expected to be through diagnostics of the existing digital platforms and developing the roadmap for implementing a robust technology platform for safe, secure, and real-time data exchange for enhancing efficiency, resilience, and cost optimization of the maritime supply chain. This Terms of Reference (ToR) is developed to mobilize a consulting firm to implement the diagnostic and study scoping of current digital systems employed by the Port Authority, the major ports/outer island port and ferry terminal, Customs, Other Governmental Agencies (OGAs) and Port community stakeholders in Indonesia. Furthermore, the study aims to assess the gaps in digitalization in port, institutional structure, and required investments for accelerating digitalization.
