- The primary objective of this Project is to provide acomprehensive assessment of the costs and benefits of each option available followingthe dismantle of the non-commissioned Blast Furnace.The project is expected to be completed within 14-weeks. Atthe end of the 14-weeks, consultant will provide the necessary information to assess all the options and shortlistthose that will need further detailed study in a separate deep-divephase not included as part of thisscope of work.For the Deep-dive Phase, it is expected that the shortlisted options will need moredetailed studies potentially involving detailed engineering studies, design of financialmechanism frameworks, creation of new standard methodology and etc. The finalscope of the Deep-dive Phase will be agreed at the end of the 12-weeks study.To note, the deep-dive phase is not includedas part of this RFP, only the scope of work of the deep-dive phase is includedinto the scope of work of this RFP but it would be a plus for the bidder toshow capability to execute the deep-dive scope as required based on pastproject references.
