  • Expression of Interest are invited for Best Practice and Recommendations Playbook for SATUSEHAT in Indonesia. ISSUE DATE AND TIME: Feb 22,2024 CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Feb 29,2024 Indonesia has embarked on an ambitious agenda to transform its health system; with digitalization and data playing pivotal roles in this strategy. The bedrock of this strategy is SATUSEHAT; an integrated platform that joins up applications and data to address health system problems and ensure universal healthcare access. Led by the dedicated Digital Transformation Office (DTO); SATUSEHAT connects health facilities; hospitals; clinics; laboratories; pharmacies; and community health centers to provide patient centric services; remove duplication and improve operational efficiencies. SATUSEHAT stands as a prominent exemplar of effectively embedding digital solutions and data to support Indonesia's healthcare system transformation. It-s ambitious and complex implementation can provide important lessons for other countries who are at the early stages of their digital health journey. Moreover; it serves as a reference point for Indonesia itself as it progresses further along its digital health trajectory. The envisioned playbooks seek to showcase the DTO's implementation journey; sharing practical lessons learned to aid countries transitioning from strategy formulation to implementation. The World Bank is supporting the Indonesian government by documenting the implementation of SATUSEHAT through a how-to playbook; detailing best practices; challenges encountered; and recommendations for scaling up the platform. These resources will encompass all facets of the ecosystem approach; including policies; institutional capabilities; and technological solutions. This work also aims to de-bottle-neck the uptake of SATUSEHAT and support Indonesia-s Digital Health Transformation Strategy 2025 - 2029.
