Support ERP System Implementation and ScalingAssist in replicating and expanding ERP systems in new locations (e.g., East Java and Sulawesi), focusing on capturing main operational processes such as sales, purchases, production, inventory, and financial flows among value-chain actors, including smallholder farmers. This assistance include conducting gap analysis of existing processes, facilitating vendor selection, actively monitoring development progress to ensure optimal results, and evaluating system performance.B. Support Digital Transformation to BPR partnersProvide technical advisory and implementation support to selected rural bank (BPR) partners in several locations such as East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi to enhance their digital capabilities, enabling better services for MSMEs.
