Description:
Capacity development for inland fisheries management as the process whereby people, organization and society as a whole unleash, strengthen, create, adapt, and maintain capacity over time. Capacity in inland fisheries management itself as the ability of people, organization and society as a whole to manage inland fisheries successfully. The achievement in management of inland fisheries depends on capacity development successfully. Management of sustainable Inland fisheries can contribute to the SDGs goals.IFISH Project conduct capacity development for three levels, inter alia: i) individual: improving individual skills, knowledge and performance through training, experiences, and motivation, ii) organizational: improving organizational performance through strategies, plans, rules and regulations, partnerships, leadership, strengthening organizational systems, processes and roles and responsibilities; iii) Enabling environment: improving policy framework to address inland fisheries management, economic, policy, cultural aspects in a coherent and mutual reinforcing.IFish Project collaborate with the Indonesian Government, especially MMAF in implementing project related to inland fish...
