- Quotation are invited for Delivering NonCocoa Seedling in Central Sulawesi Seedling Specification 1. Durian a) Variety : MK Hortimart / Musangking b) Origin : Grafting method c) Seed Class : Certified and blue labeled. d) Grafting height : min. 30 cm from the point of connection / grafting e) Plant height : max. 50 cm from root neck. f) Leaf : min 6 strands g) Rod diameter : min. 8 mm h) Plant physical condition : visually healthy. i) Planting media packaging : polybag size 25 cm x 12,5 cm (Diameter 15 cm) j) Total : 6.800 polybag Note: The Bidder is not allowed to quote more than one item (options) with different price for one kind of item requested. The vendors who do not comply will be ruled out from the tender evaluation Remarks: The specification proposed shall be clear, details (brand, type, details specs) and not ambiguous. This is very important part for the evaluation process. 2. The vendors who do not comply will be ruled out from the tender evaluation. Remarks: The specification proposed shall be clear, details (brand, type, details specs) and not ambiguous. This is very important part for the evaluation process. All prices/rates quoted must be exclusive of all taxes, since the GIZ, including its subsidiary organs, is exempt from taxes according to the PMK No. 215/PMK 03/2008 and KMK No. 17/KMK 010/Year 2021. GIZ shall process the VAT with tax exemption to BADORA. The process of tax exemption will take 2 - 3 months. The quality inspection shall be conducted when the goods delivered. Any defects shall be remedied by the Supplier without any delay. The supplier is expected to take responsibility for the care of the seedlings during the quarantine period. Administration Requirements: a. Provide a NPWP and have fulfilled tax obligations for the last 1 tax year. b. Provide a Domicile Letter of place of business/office. c. Provide a Deed of Company Establishment and/or amendments thereto and Identity Card d. Please provide the NIB (Registered Business Licenses). The important is the relevant NIB with this procurement of seedlings. e. List of experiences of the procurement of seedlings. f. Copy of Purchase Order/References from the previous experience-s seedlings with others company. All documents shall be attached in the bidding documents and part of the pre-qualification evaluation.
