Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supporting Ministry of Health, Indonesia in the Development and Implementation of Clinical Pathways and Processes of Adult Care for Primary Healthcare Facilities. The World Bank is looking to engage a firm with expertise in supporting countries in easy-to-use clinical decision support tools in primary health care settings. This comprises of easily searchable printed (primarily for offline use), standardized and user-friendly algorithms and checklists, providing a comprehensive and integrated approach to screening, diagnosing, and treatment of common symptoms and chronic conditions in adults, based on existing national guidelines, and using a symptom-based approach. The firm will also support implementation and roll-out, helping create a cascade training program and supporting the capacitation of selected Provincial Master Trainers and National MoH Training Leads to manage implementation and train Facility trainers to mentor Indonesian staff in using the tool. Additionally, the firm will offer collaborative support in identifying tracer indicators, based on the tools developed, which help monitor compliance by frontline healthcare providers. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
