Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Implementing Partner for Enhancing Access to Benefits while Lowering Carbon Emissions (EnABLE), East Kalimantan. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Capacity Building: Capacity building for facilitators and community consultation teams who were previously identified and deployed during the ER Program preparation on good practices in community engagement (building on the desk review completed by the World Bank). 2. Consultation and Engagement: Material development and field testing of community consultation and mobilization instruments needed to support meaningful participation. 3. Operational Plan: Development of a comprehensive operational plan for community consultations and participatory planning. The expected output of this assignment is development of a plan and instruments to undertake community level consultations, including awareness raising of the ER Program and BSP. The activities shall be carried out consistent with the World Banks ESF and upholding high standards of safeguards and research ethics.
