The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for develop a unified digital grievance and case management platform comprising a common system with separate accounts for individual trade unions across different levels, particularly within the garment sector. This system will leverage existing structures and processes within trade unions, including confederations, federations, branches, and workplaces.
