Sustainable Infrastructure Assistance Program Phase II - Innovative Infrastructure Financing, Infrastructure Planning, and Program Management Support Approval Date: 23-Jul-2019 Estimated Commencement Date: 310,000 USD Engagement Period: 13 MONTH Objective and Purpose of the Assignment The Government of Indonesia, through the National Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) will initiate in 2023 preparation of its RPJPN 2025-2045 and RPJMN 2025-2029. Water security and climate change resilience, and agriculture will remain priorities considering climate change impacts and government commitments to address climate change, and the importance of agriculture for rural employment and food security. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will assist BAPPENAS in the preparation of the RPJMN towards resilient water management, improved climate resilience at local level, and resilient and low carbon agriculture. ADB is looking for a consulting firm that will provide support to BAPPENAS in the formulation of the new RPJMN.
