Expression of Interest are invited for Integrated Metadata Taxonomy & Knowledge Transfer for Capital Market for OJK. Key deliverables of the ConsultancyIn carrying out the taxonomy metadata capital market project; the Firm Consultant is responsible for providing technical assistance while adhering to best practices. The consultant will excel in the following key areas: * Develop a Conceptual Information Model:The consultant will create a comprehensive conceptual information model that demonstrates the relationships between different pieces of information within public listed companies; securities companies; and investment managers. This model will serve as a visual representation; showcasing how the various data elements are interconnected.* Data Reference Translation into Master Data Management Template:The consultant will convert the reference data obtained during the metadata compilation process into a format compatible with the OJK Master Data Management System. This involves transforming the data into a standardized template that can be easily integrated into the system; ensuring seamless data extraction and retrieval.* Prepare Report and Recommendations:Based on the analysis of the information reclassification results from public listed companies; securities companies; and investment managers; the consultant will compile a comprehensive report. This report will include insights; findings; and recommendations for enhancing the metadata taxonomy within the capital market domain. The consultant will leverage their expertise to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to optimize the taxonomy.* Provide Advisory and Knowledge Transfer:Throughout the project; the consultant will offer valuable advisory services to the client. This includes sharing expertise; insights; and best practices related to metadata taxonomy in the capital market domain. The consultant will actively engage with the client; providing guidance and transferring knowledge to ensure the client's understanding and ownership of the developed solutions.
