Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of CT-Scan - Strengthening Indonesia-s Healthcare Referral Network (SIHREN) Procurement, Installation, Operational Support, and Maintenance of Approximately 320 Units of CT-Scan that will be Delivered, Installed at Madya, Utama, and Paripurna Hospital Facilities across Indonesia, including Training, Operational Support and Maintenance Services. The Expected Delivery Schedule shall be within 4 Years after the Contract Signing Date Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB-s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised in February 2023) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to 1.9.1-1.9.5 paragraphs of the Procurement Policy of the Procurement Guidelines setting forth IsDB-s policy on conflict of interest. Bids must be delivered to the Purchaser-s address below before September 30th, 2024 at 10:00 AM Jakarta time. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on September 30th, 2024 at 10:30 AM Jakarta time. All envelopes marked “SECOND ENVELOPE: FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening
