Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Equipment for Dr. Sardjito Hospital 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB-s Guidelines Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing, April 2019 [revised in February 2023] (“Procurement Guidelines”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 contained in Chapter 1, Part 1 of Procurement Guidelines" 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Dr. Sardjito Hospital, email: proc.eqc.isdb.rss@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 until 14.00 at local time at the address given below. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English language could be requested by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by email. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 local time, 16 April 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders- designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 12.30 local time, 16 April 2024. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD340,000.00 (three hundred and forty thousand US Dollar).
