Tenders are invited for Procurement of Mammography - Strengthening Indonesia-s Healthcare Referral Network (SIHREN) Bids must be delivered to the Purchaser-s address below before September 10th, 2024 at 10:00 AM Western Indonesia Time. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on September 10th, 2024 at 10:30 AM Western Indonesia Time. All envelopes marked “SECOND ENVELOPE: FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB-s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised in February 2023) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to 1.9.1-1.9.5 paragraphs of the Procurement Policy of the Procurement Guidelines setting forth IsDB-s policy on conflict of interest. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement committee 2 IHSS, Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia through email pc2_ihss@kemkes.go.id.
