Description: The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable candidate for an Information Technology (IT) Support Consultant for UNAIDS Country Office Indonesia to assist in the optimal functioning of the office to exercise its critical role supporting the national HIV response in Indonesia through effective and efficient IT support provision for UCO team according to UNAIDS rules and regulations.IT Support Consultant will have the following primary duties:1) Assist in the implementation of Information Technology support for UCO focusing on establishing internal Standard Operating Procedures in IT services and perform other hands-on IT support work as required to UCO team2) Ensures effective functioning of the hardware and software packages for UCO team, including assistance in the installation, upgrade and configuration of desktop and notebook computer systems in accordance with current UNAIDS standards and policies; and including operating system and standard desktop applications...
