Description: The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable candidate for Project Finance Support Consultant for UNAIDS Country Office Indonesia to assist in extrabudgetary grant management; donor reporting and compliance with the UNAIDS financial rules and procedures throughout the implementation of extrabudgetary grant from donors including USAID and DFAT. The Project Finance Support Consultant will have the following primary duties: • Provide finance, budget and reporting support from all extrabudgetary funding sources including USAID to keep a high standard of financial management, both internally and towards donors and sub recipients • Support to develop and review project activity budget to ensure the use of standardized unit costings.• Support procurement, tracking and monitoring of issued contracts including monitoring of grant-absorption; preparing scheduled contract payments and supporting project contract close-out • Prepare financial reporting and summaries...
