Tenders are invited for Scoping Study and Design of Women leaders in Manufacturing Network. IFC is seeking a consultant team to assist in the adaptation and design of the Accelerator in the context of Indonesia. IFC Assumes that Key Elements of The Format and Methodology of The Vietnam Accelerator Will Remain Suitable in The Context of Indonesia, Such as The Duration, Hybrid Format of Delivery, and Broad Focus on Soft Skills. Nonetheless, IFC Seeks a Consultant Team to Conduct a Robust Assessment of Whether and How the Approach Should Differ in Indonesia, with The Objective to Assess the Needs, the Market, and Potential for Development of This Manufacturing Network for Women. the Project Will Involve Interviews and Focus Groups with Managers and Employees in Selected Large Manufacturing Operations in Indonesia. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
