Description:
The World Bank issupporting DKI Jakarta and TransJakarta (TJ) in transitioning to an electricbus fleet and has accordingly secured ESMAP Trust Fund grant resources tosupport the technical assistance. The first stage of the study assessedexisting business models, key challenges constraining fleets electrificationspeed and scale, and recommended business model options. The second stage aimsto develop tailored business models, and configure financing and riskmitigation solutions to improve the TJ system's viability and bankability ofscaling up e-buses.Scope Of Work Theconsultant firm will execute the following detailed tasks :· Component1: Consolidate and update the data of each typology of the bus with the type ofoperator and service· Component2: Business and Financial Models· Component3: Stakeholder Consultation and Financing Solutions· Component4: Legal Review and Policy Adjustments· Component5: Program for Results Design
