Description:
In the context to strengthen the function and role of the Implementation Team and Secretariat, a Service Provider will be contracted to design and implement:1. The development of a training plan and its content, focusing on deep collaboration, systems leadership and aiming at improving operation of the NAP Implementation Team and strengthening the governance of NAP SPO.2. The delivery of such training including follow up coaching sessions at national and subnational levelsThis training is strategic given the gaps and challenges identified in the training needs assessment exercise. It is expected that it could improve the functioning of the NAP Implementation Team and the governance of the palm oil sector. Palm oil is a complex commodity, which is central for the Indonesian economy and livelihoods of millions of smallholders, and whose governance and sustainability imply the necessary collaboration of multiple actors, who too often still work in silos.
