- General Procurement Notice for Strengthening of National Referral Hospitals and Vertical Technical Units Project. Issue Date: 5 October 2021 Last date of submission: 1 January 2025. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia (GOI), through the Ministry of Health (MOH), has received financing in the amount of US$ 261.718 million equivalent from the Islamic Development Bank towards the cost of the Support to The Strengthening of National Referral Hospitals and Vertical Technical Units Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for works, goods, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the GOI. The project will include the following component: (ii) Procurement of equipment for Component B (Hospital Equipment) consists of procuring, installing, operating, and maintaining all necessary and appropriate medical and research equipment located within each of the six referral hospitals. It also includes supporting hospital medical equipment and non-medical equipment. The project will be implemented in six Hospitals, namely (1). RS Kanker Dharmais, (2) RSUP Persahabatan, (3) RS Dr. Hasan Sadikin, (4) RSUP Dr. Sardjito, (5) RSUP Sanglah, (6) RSUP Dr.Wahidin Sudirohusodo. Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing (April 2019), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the Islamic Development Bank-s international competitive bidding (ICB) for Procurement of Equipment procedures will be announced, as they become available, in IsDB Website.
