Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Subcontractor for Implementation of Tuberculosis District Public Private Mix (DPPM) Revised Strategy for Jakarta Districts The subcontractor (i.e., intermediary partner) will be required to: ● Start the project within the specified timeline mentioned in the RFP in both allotted districts: North Jakarta and South Jakarta ● Work with and support District Health Offices (DHO) in selected Activity districts to implement the revised DPPM strategy under the branded network; and ● Serve as an intermediary between the National TB Program (NTP) and the private healthcare ecosystem in each of the district(s), toward increasing notification of TB patients seeking care in the private sector and ensuring successful treatment outcomes. The intermediary partner will oversee private provider engagement, creation of a network and manage the network. This will include work by the intermediary partner to: o support the private sector to ensure and access mandatory notification, o provision of public health functions (such as support for recording and reporting, adherence management, contact investigation and TB Preventive Treatment-TPT) , o strengthening the linkages of services between different provider types o supporting linkages to DHO/Provincial Health Office (PHO)-provided services such as treatment adherence monitoring and support, free diagnostics and drugs and supportive counseling of patients through the end of TB treatment.
