Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supporting Domestic Resource Mobilization for Infrastructure Investment through improved Land and Property Valuation. The scope of work entails analytical and advisory work and pilot activities in two areas. Using global best practices and lessons learned from international experience, the consultants will pilot mass valuation in the pilot areas under the supervision of the Bank team. The Bank will use the results of the pilot to provide technical assistance and recommendations to the ATR/BPN on the conceptualization and improvement of its mass land and property valuation system, including land value zoning and parcel-based land and property valuation. The pilot project should demonstrate the potential for efficient ATR/BPN and Local Government institutions interoperability through sharing of property valuation infrastructure and land and property data. The consultancy service provider will work in close coordination with the Bank and report to the Task Team Leader.
