- TheInternational Finance Corporation ("IFC") intends to assist PT SMIand the Government of West Java Province (also known as the GovernmentContracting Agency or GCA) in structuring a PPP Concession for the procurementand installation of the signaling and rolling stock and O&M of the selectedGreater Bandung Light Rail Transit (LRT) corridor through a competitive biddingprocess (the “Project”). An Outline Business Case(OBC) previously conducted for the Babakan Siliwangi-Leuwipanjang (North SouthCorridor) and the Leuwipanjang-Tegalluar route (East West Corridor). One of the two above routes will be selectedfor further feasibility study and transaction.
