Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Towards Indonesia Green and Affordable Development Platform. This activity will support the development of the Indonesia Green and Affordable Housing Platform (IGAHP). The key tasks will include: 1. Assess and develop recommendations for the necessary institutional arrangement, regulatory framework, guidelines, green housing product or program assistance development and/or reform, and implementation roadmap of the IGAHP. Provide capacity building and facilitate knowledge exchange. 2. Assess and make recommendations for the development of green financing, and of a blended financing structure for the affordable housing sector to reduce fiscal dependency on subsidy 3. Conduct baseline study for affordable housing sector and assess and make recommendations on the readiness of the policy and guidelines for participation in the carbon credit market.
